Wow, thank you Hugh, greatly appreciated! If you fancy taking a deep-dive into my Bath restaurant reviews, find me here: https://theprandialplayground.uk/
Really good, definitely one for a Bath round-up part 2. Justin (one of the original Chequers owners) kept hold of it when St Austell Brewery bought the Bath Pub Co out a coupla years ago, so it still maintains all the original good stuff - and yes indeed, the Sunday roasts are still amazing, and highly recommended :)
Great list. I was thinking of writing up one for Bath myself, but difficult to improve on this one...

Also, what's the Chequers like these days? They were legendary for their roasts but I haven't been in years

Oak restaurant?
I love Oak! It almost made the cut but there were tough decisions involved. Keeping fingers crossed that Meg invites me back for a part 2!
Oh I’m sure and, as someone who will be staying near Bath soon, this was a handy and well timed read! Here’s to hoping for a Part 2, too!
No mention of Upstairs at Landrace? Sacré bleu!
Thou shalt find it buried within the bakery
Phew. I nearly keeled over.
